SINE Education Co., Ltd. is a leading provider of English communication skills programs to Thai government secondary schools in Bangkok and across Thailand. Due to continued growth, we are now looking for a dedicated Filipino Camps Leader to join our Events Management team.

Location: Based in Bangkok with extensive travel throughout Thailand.

The Candidate:

Qualifications:

- Educated to bachelor's degree standard or higher

- Filipino national

Experience:

- Experience teaching English in Thailand

- Experience assisting with and/or leading English camps for students

Personal characteristics:

The successful candidate will:

- Speak excellent English

- Be energetic, outgoing, and friendly

- Be resilient with a helpful and positive nature, with the ability to stay calm and diplomatic under pressure

- Be detail-oriented and able to take ownership of tasks, working with minimal supervision

- Have strong interpersonal and communication skills

- Be available for regular weekend work (with 2 weekdays off in lieu)

- Be comfortable with traveling and staying in local hotels

The Role:

As an integral member of the programs team, the post holder will take responsibility for managing and leading English camps and other events throughout Thailand. Duties will include but are not limited to:

- Planning and organizing Sine partner school English camps and managing them

- Constantly developing new games and activities for Sine partner school English camps

- Preparing schedules for Sine partner school English camps within 2 working days of them being booked

- Informing all teachers needed for each English camp in writing as soon as the camp is booked

- Regularly updating a database of Sine English camp activities including (but not limited to) activity name, instructions, and equipment needed

- Regularly updating a school-by-school database of schedules and camp details

- Producing a brief (one-paragraph) report within one week of the completion of each camp and sending it to the Director, Program Manager, Events Manager, and Operations Manager along with adding it to the above database

- Being available to cover classes for absent teachers at SINE partner schools when not engaged in events as required by the Program Manager

- Helping to organize and deliver Thai teacher training sessions if required

- Providing feedback and suggestions on SINE programs as we continue to develop the programs each year

- Participating in team meetings as required

- Any other duties assigned by the Events Manager, Program Manager, or Director
